Lorimer 445 Base Hull

Summary:

Lorimer 445 Base Hull

A durable, easy to build base hull in taped-seam plywood, this one is a great kid/parent introduction to boatbuilding. The Lorimer hull can be used as the starting point for a wide variety of creative one-off boats, including a cute but powerful tugboat and a 14th-century galleon that looks authentic in almost every way- save for the 10 hp outboard.

New plans: Almaguin 400 & 500 utility runabouts

The plans are ready! The four- and five-metre Almaguin runabouts, designed with first-time builders in mind, will be excellent fishing, utility or sport boats for inland lakes, rivers or calm coastal areas. They're built in taped-seam plywood and don't require elaborate jigs or fine carpentry skills. Have a look here, and please feel free to contact me if either of these boats interests you.
